Today I went to Westminster Abbey. With the best-selling book "The Da Vinci Code," the Westminster abbey controversial description, let me full of curiosity to this church.

The British royal family almost all of the important ceremony, held in Westminster, one of the most important ceremony of course, King's accession to the throne. From 1066 to date, apart from two exceptions, the United Kingdom all the king and queen are crowned here, most of them are also buried here after death. So Westminster faithful record of the rise and fall of the British royal family.

Through this tour, I gain a better understanding of British culture, and know a lot about the history of the United Kingdom. I enjoyed it very much.
